Mission Meets Democracy: Making a Plan for Voter Engagement

The 2026 midterm elections are already generating buzz, making now a perfect time to get your plans in order for your nonprofit's voter engagement strategies. Join Nonprofit VOTE for a practical, action-oriented webinar designed to help you seamlessly integrate civic engagement into your organization's work. Organizations can tune in to access best practice tools, templates, and step-by-step guidance for plans smoothly integrating civic engagement into their organization's work.

The session will walk through the steps an organization needs to take to start or grow a nonpartisan voter engagement initiative.

No matter whether you plan to start small and simple or you have big ideas and capacity, this training will help attendees put those ideas into an action plan. The plan will include talking points and strategies to answer questions and gain investment from leadership and board, resources for learning the election laws in your state, and a template timeline for integrating voter engagement activities into the work you are already doing.

This training is for nonprofit leadership, staff, or volunteers who have committed to doing voter engagement in the next year or two.

Participants will leave the training with a draft plan for voter engagement at their organization.

Hosted by Nonprofit Connect and Nonprofit VOTE. Presented by Gwen Stowbridge, Director of Education and Partnerships with Nonprofit VOTE.
