Successful experiments do not equal successful adoption. Most AI initiatives stall not because the technology disappoints but because the organization never made deliberate decisions about it.
This session closes the series with the ABC framework: Applications (where AI fits), Benefits (what value it actually creates beyond efficiency), and Considerations (the risks and constraints that determine whether a pilot scales). A practical worked example on grant applications draws on her grant-evaluation experience. The result is a decision tool, not a checklist.
You will leave with a repeatable decision framework that connects every proposed AI use to a real mission outcome — and tells you when the answer is no.
This is the fourth of a four part series (May 28, June 4, 11, 18); you can attend one or all.
Hosted by the Sacramento Mountains Foundation. Presented by Maria Ingold, mireality.
