The New Member Engagement Manager is responsible for growing Girl Scout membership in County. This includes recruiting girl and adult members, collaborating within the department to support new volunteers in the onboarding process, and fostering strong community partnerships. The New Member Engagement Manager ensures exceptional customer service while advancing the Girl Scouts of New Mexico Trails’ (GSNMT) mission to build girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place.
