Position Overview

Encuentro is looking for a Home Health Aide Director (HHA Director).

The goal of this position is to lead the development and implementation of a long-term vision for the HHA program as it relates to educational training, economic opportunities and leadership development - the three pillars of the HHA program - and to connect this vision with Encuentro’s overall strategy for career development through entrepreneurship within the Latino immigrant community.
